Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If your item is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will gladly refund via the same method in which you paid for the item. Prior to returning any items that may be faulty please first contact via email or phone during normal business hours to work out the best approach to resolving your concerns
All returns for refund are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase, the returned item/s accompanied with their original packaging and in as new saleable condition. If this is not the case then we cannot refund the item and it will be returned back to you at your cost.
No warranty is available on most electrical items
